Dr. Issakharian grew up in Los Angeles and earned his bachelor’s degree at UCLA in 2011. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry, completed an internship at Rutgers University, and completed a four-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He served as chief resident during his final residency year.
