Dr. Olga Karnakova, DDS, is the owner and managing dentist of Cal Dental Group, which was established in 2001. She leads a practice that brings general dentists and specialists together in one Los Angeles location. Dr. Karnakova received her dental training at the prestigious Moscow Stomatological Institute and received her dental degree in 1991. From 1991-1996 Dr. Karnakova was one of the first dentists in Moscow to provide mercury-free composite fillings in her thriving private dental practice.

Michael Issakharian, DDS is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon whose areas of care include dental implants, complex and wisdom tooth extractions, bone grafting, and other oral surgery needs. He earned his DDS at New York University and completed his surgical residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, serving as chief resident in his final year.

Dr. Pedram Fakheri earned his bachelor’s degree in biology at Yeshiva University and his DMD at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed advanced education in periodontics and implant surgery at Loma Linda University, receiving his specialty certificate and MSD degree. He believes in comprehensive care and helping patients understand their treatment options.
